Many firearms come with manufacturer warranties (e.g., 1-year, lifetime). If something goes wrong, the manufacturer will fix or replace the item. Our store assists customers by handling warranty claims and repairs on their behalf.

Authorized Warranty Service

Note that we are an authorized warranty repair center or partner for certain brands (if applicable), or at least experienced in working with manufacturers to get guns repaired or replaced. This means customers can bring the firearm to us instead of shipping it themselves or dealing with long phone calls to the company.

How Our Warranty Service Works

We’ll inspect the firearm to identify the issue. If it’s a simple fix and we are authorized (or able) to do it in-house with factory parts, we will. Otherwise, we coordinate with the manufacturer – sending the firearm to their service center, communicating back and forth – so the customer doesn’t have to.

The customer drops off the gun and we take care of the rest, ensuring that all warranty work is done properly. In most cases, warranty repairs are at no cost to the customer (per the warranty terms), and we make sure to expedite the process as much as possible.
